Critical Alignment Yoga (CAY) combines movement with meditation and focuses on increasing the body's mobility, finding and using the body's structure (connections), breaking through tension patterns, and regaining strength. CAY influences both the mental and physical levels. It combines physical strength with emotional strength. It combines detailed physical knowledge with an experience of the body. These classes are accessible to beginners and experienced students with different yoga backgrounds.
