Yin - Forward Folds and Front Body Opening

A 30 minute class where you have the opportunity to increase your range of motion with forward folds and front body opening poses. The poses in this class target the ligaments and joints, creating compression which in turn promotes joint health. The poses are held 3-5 minutes and there are extended periods of silence.
