These evening sessions are focused on supporting relaxation, digestion and rest (para-sympathetic nervous system support), through the practice of Kundalini Yoga ~ one of the most comprehensive forms of yoga that incorporates breath practices, physical kriya sets, and spiritual devotion through meditation and mantra, and of course integration through Gong healing and relaxation (a key aspect of Kundalini Yoga).

This session includes a complimentary herbal tea post-practice & home-made vegan treat when available.

These morning sessions will be focused on energising, cleansing / detoxing, and revitalising the system (sympathetic nervous system support), so that you leave feeling uplifted, and mentally clearer or ‘lighter’ after your practice.
