General terms of Kundalini Yoga with Arissa


Please be mindful with your purchases as we do not provide refunds, exchanges or transfers of purchases to other clients. For holidays or time away, a one off extension for a maximum of 2 weeks, can be granted for only for those who have purchased the 6 session packs. However, it is your responsibility to provide us with adequate notice in advance of your time away, as expired passes will not be reinstated.

Kindly observe the 24-hour cancellation policy, as there are no refunds for late cancellations and/or no shows.

MANAGING YOUR BOOKINGS - To manage your bookings smoothly, please download the MomoYoga app to your phone and login (if needed, reset your password).

RESCHEDULING - If you need to change or cancel a booking, please use the Momoyoga app. You can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled session time. Please note that if you cancel within 24 hours it will result in the deduction of a session credit.

WHAT TO BRING - An open mind, water/bottle, and yoga mat. We provide bolsters, however, you may bring an extra cushion if desired. During cooler weather, please bring a blanket to keep warm during relaxation. It's also best to practice on an empty stomach as this does affect digestion and energy.

ARRIVAL TIME - We open approximately 10 mins prior to the scheduled session. The door will remain closed prior to this to allow for our preparation time. Please be on time to allow yourself space to settle in before we commence and 'tune in' for practice. If you arrive early and doors are still closed, please wait quietly until doors open. If running late, please be mindful when entering the space ~ however, doors will be closed / locked 10 mins after session commencement to avoid any disruption to other clients and staff in attendance.
