Description
This virtual class is currently limited to participants with an already-established practice with Dream Forest Yoga. If you have not taken any classes yet, please begin with an Intro session. Intro does not imply beginner, simply that the class offers more explanation. This is a chance to become familiar with the instructor's style and cues.
Typically includes a beginning meditation, mat-based warmups, a gentle, progressive Vinyasa flow of seated to standing poses, mat-based cooldown and concludes with Savasana relaxation. 1 hour via Zoom. $10 or class pass.
This class is suitable for those who prefer a more gentle, inquisitive practice. Progression requires ability to get up and down off the floor. Feel free to contact Holly at Dream Forest Yoga to determine which class is the best fit for you.
Minimum 2 attendees to run. Pre-registration very much appreciated.
