Unwind from the day and prepare for deep relaxation of the mind and body. Expect a mellow practice of passive, supported poses using a variety of props to assist the body in releasing long held tension in the physical body, with an emphasis on conscious relaxation to soothe the nervous system, and the incorporation of binaural sound therapeutics and guided meditation as you unfurl, unwind, and untangle.


This amazing practice is effective for stress management, anxiety, chronic pain, hypertension, cardiac arrhythmia and symptoms related to chronic illness or cancer…It’s also the perfect self-care practice.

60 min class All levels *Note* As the nervous system relaxes and the heart rate slows the body temperature lowers and you may need additional layers to maintain comfort. Please dress comfortably and bring/wear socks for this practice.
