I believe that if we can learn to find balance in the breath when the body is challenged, we can learn to keep balanced during the bumpy parts of life too. For thousands of years, it has been understood that we hold great power within ourselves. To unleash this frequency reveals the true bliss and ease that life can bring us every day. I teach in a way that integrates Kundalini with vinyasa flow. This combination of movement and breath work brings us into awareness of our true selves; we can be free of dis-ease and tension simply by connecting truly within ourselves.
