Flow with Ease is our signature class which incorporates a flowing sequence to build strength and warm the body.
The continuous, smooth and rhythmic pace of the sequence will allow the body to relieve stress and deepen the mind/body/breath connection.
The same or similar sequence will be practiced over a number of sessions to build body awareness and observe your personal growth and change within the practice.
This class requires moderate fitness and is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
