Helen is a registered and qualified Level 1 Yoga Australia Teacher after completing 350hrs of Yoga Teacher Training.
Since then, she has completed courses and workshops on Restorative, Chair and Yoga for Kids.
She continues her journey to grow her knowledge in many other aspects of yoga including Breath Work (Pranayama), Meditation.
Her goal is to live yoga and provide her students with an enlightening yoga experience.
Description
You will experience classic Hatha poses that flow smoothly from one to another linked with breathing techniques.
Short pauses within the postures allows the muscles to stretch and strengthen to achieve flexibility and balance.
Each class concludes with Savasana, the final resting pose. It releases the muscles and integrates the work you've done in class and is crucial for calming the mind and body, aiding digestive and immune systems and reducing stress.
This class requires moderate fitness and is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Note: Variations are offered to go a little deeper if that is your preference.
