Lisa is a mental health clinician who loves yoga, mindfulness and meditation. She is currently intrigued with the topic of nervous system regulation and maintaining a work/life balance.
Lisa had been a student of yoga for 7 years and has maintained a consecutive daily meditation practice for over 5 years.
Lisa has decided to blend her passions with her professional background and is offering monthly sound meditation workshops

Let Lisa take you on a journey to farwell 2023.
The session will open by shifting your focus to your breath, followed by a very gentle grounding practice, setting your mind and body up to release stress and reduce tension as you melt into your mat with the powerful and healing qualities of vibrational sounds played by Lisa.
This clas is suitable for anyone who would like to take a step away from the pressures of life and take time to retore thier mind, body and spirit.
In 2024 this class will be scheduled foe the 1st Saturday of every month.
