Helen is a registered and qualified Level 1 Yoga Australia Teacher after completing 350hrs of Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, she has completed courses and workshops on Restorative, Chair and Yoga for Kids. She continues her journey to grow her knowledge in many other aspects of yoga including Breath Work (Pranayama), Meditation. Her goal is to live yoga and provide her students with an enlightening yoga experience.

Description

Flow with Ease is a flowing sequence to build strength and warm the body.
The continuous, smooth and rhythmic pace of the sequence will allow the body to relieve stress and deepen the mind/body/breath connection.
The same or similar sequence will be practiced over a number of sessions to build body awareness and observe your personal growth and change within the practice.
This class requires moderate fitness and is suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
