Jo was drawn to the dance of yoga 14 years ago. Teaching Hatha, Restorative and Yin Yoga her goal is to create strength, flexibility, balance and stillness. When she is not practicing or teaching yoga Jo can be found in the great outdoors getting in touch with nature Jo believes calm breathing brings peace within.

Description

A balanced practice of calming breathwork, mindful, flowing movement to release tension, followed by nurturing and rejuvenating the body through restorative yoga poses using props and concluding with a guided meditation or visualisation.
An intentional practice to connect with yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.
This class is suitable for beginners to experienced yogis.
