Helen is a registered and qualified Level 1 Yoga Australia Teacher after completing 350hrs of Yoga Teacher Training.
Since then, she has completed courses and workshops on Restorative, Chair and Yoga for Kids.
She continues her journey to grow her knowledge in many other aspects of yoga including Breath Work (Pranayama), Meditation.
Her goal is to live yoga and provide her students with an enlightening yoga experience.
Description
This class is specifically designed to release, stabilise and strengthen muscles to reduce tension and stiffness in the back.
We offer a combination of somatic movement and gentle yoga postures (slow movement) using props at times and focusing breath and relaxation.
