Helen Wright
Helen is a registered and qualified Level 1 Yoga Australia Teacher after completing 350hrs of Yoga Teacher Training.
Since then, she has completed courses and workshops on Restorative, Chair and Yoga for Kids.
She continues her journey to grow her knowledge in many other aspects of yoga including Breath Work (Pranayama), Meditation.
Her goal is to live yoga and provide her students with an enlightening yoga experience.
Description
Discover Yoga Workshop will be a journey of discovery through Mind, Body and Breath.
This workshop will include elements on Breath/Pranayama, Body/Asana and Mind/Relaxation.
Poses will be unpacked to understand the foundation of the pose and the benefit to your body.
Discover Yoga Workshop is suitable for beginners and current yoga students to gain a better understanding of their yoga practice and discover the holistic benefits of a regular yoga practice.
The aim of this workshop is to introduce your mind, body and breath to the wide variety of benefits that yoga can offer you.
o Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility
o Yoga helps with back pain relief and improves posture
o Yoga improves breathing
o Yoga is a powerful mindfulness practice and helps to manage stress
o Yoga relaxes you, to help you sleep better
This is a 3 hour workshop and will include 1 'Complimentary' Class of your choice within our current timetable
