Lisa is a mental health clinician who loves yoga, mindfulness and meditation. She is currently intrigued with the topic of nervous system regulation and maintaining a work/life balance. Lisa had been a student of yoga for 7 years and has maintained a consecutive daily meditation practice for over 5 years. Lisa has decided to blend her passions with her professional background and is offering monthly sound meditation workshops

Description

A 75 minute sensory experience that can include gentle somatic movements, mindfulness practices, essential oils, breath work and a smaller selection of sound instruments.
This combination will take you into a state of relaxation and deep rest, whilst assisting with the release of stored energy in the physical body.
No yoga experience necessary! And definately no planks in this class :)
