Helen is a registered and qualified Level 1 Yoga Australia Teacher after completing 350hrs of Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, she has completed courses and workshops on Restorative, Chair and Yoga for Kids. She continues her journey to grow her knowledge in many other aspects of yoga including Breath Work (Pranayama), Meditation. Her goal is to live yoga and provide her students with an enlightening yoga experience.

Description

Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong") is a gentle practice that involves mindful meditative, slow-flowing movement and deep rhythmic breathing to cultivate a calm state of mind. It optimises energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.
This is a gentle practice and is suitable of most people.
