PHISICAL BODY REALIGNMENT CLASSES

This practice looks like yoga, but it focuses on a specific set of principles that bring realignment, strength & permanent corrective rotation to our joints, muscles and tendons.
It returns the body to its aligned, smooth and mobile self by opening up the energy meridians to allow the body & organs to heal on their own.

*Physical Body Realignment Assisting with back, knee, shoulder pain, and also for trauma removal. Bring the arch back into your feet, removes back pain.
*Energy Clearing Journeys – Super powerful & efficient process to remove patterns from people in our lives, like parents, siblings, lovers – upgrade you mood permanently and super quickly
*Prananadi Tibetan Healing hands on deep energy healing practices for the whole body. Find deep relaxation and healing of all your bodies
*Hybrid sessions using a mixture of all the techniques, flowing from one to another as led by the client and intuition
Investment: 50EUR per 1.5hr session, 60EUR 2 hrs.
