In this workshop we learn about the 5 Elements, and how they manifest in the seasons, the 5 organs Yin, its virtues and its negative emotions, such as anger, sadness, grief, anxiety, fear, etc.
💜 You will learn how to reinforce positive emotions and how to get rid of negative emotions. Each person has more or less dominant elements, which affect their behavior and their physique and preferences. In this workshop we will find out which are your dominant elements.
