This is a higher intensity aerial fitness class on the yoga trapeze. If you have a yoga trapeze at home, join us online! Ideally you need a laptop or tablet screen, or a TV, and perhaps a phone set up so instructor can see you.
Ideal trapeze hanging height is 270cm or higher. You need at least 1,5 meters on all sides. One or two mats below. You will receive a ZOOM log in 30 minutes before class by email.
