Laura’s deeper appreciation for yoga began several years ago when she began to experience some of the vast benefits that come from a consistent yoga practice. As her practice continues to evolve and strengthen over time, she has learned that yoga can be a powerful tool in aiding in her overall health and wellness. Using the breath in combination with movement helps to heal and restore the mind and body, allowing each one of us an opportunity to deepen our connection to one’s true essence through self exploration. Her classes are all inclusive and designed with modifications to empower all individuals, regardless of age, gender, or ability, encouraging you to find your strength and balance both physically and mentally. Though she is currently a teacher, she considers herself to always be a student, continuing to explore new studies, including trauma informed practices. Her hope is to continue to share knowledge with others along her journey in a hope to create unity and peace deep within ourselves and for all those in our community.
