Summer Solstice Body Clock Yoga

The summer solstice represents an energetic change from the Wood element of Spring where we establish foundations and discover new beginnings and in Summer, the season of maximum yang energy we are ready for action. But around the Solstice it is comforting to do a practice that works with all the elemental energy to prepare us through the transition to the full Fire element: so we work with seasonal forms to bring our bodies to balance through our Tai Chi axis.
