General terms of Essentially Joyful Yoga

We are a beginner friendly Hatha Yoga studio offering classes of all Levels throughout the week. Our studio is located on the upper floor of the main gym at MGC Kids in Maumelle. It is our goal for each student to feel welcome in our community and begin or continue building a meaningful and rewarding yoga practice. We ask that you bring your own props (mat, blocks and bolster if desired) however we do have a limited number available for use. Currently, masks are once again required per CDC guidelines for yoga studios until you have arrived on your mat. We greatly appreciate your help in keeping all members of our studio safe. Finally, if you think you are too ______ (fill in the blank) for yoga, then you found the right place. Yoga is absolutely for YOU!
