'Healing through Yoga - A Recovery Journey' is a gentle 7-week journey that has been specifically designed to support participants struggling with their mental health. This may include trauma, depression, anxiety and a disconnection from your body.

Each week introduces specific themes, sequences and practical tools to guide participants on a journey of spiritual and emotional healing and recovery through Yoga.

Program Overview:
The 7-week program combines gentle yoga practices (asanas, mudras and mantras), breathwork (pranayama), meditation and reflective journaling to create a holistic and supportive environment for recovery and self-discovery.

Week 1: Grounding and Building a Foundation
Week 2: Awareness and Self-Compassion
Week 3: Release and Acceptance
Week 4: Cultivating Inner Strength and Resilience
Week 5: Restoring Balance and Finding Harmony
Week 6: Embracing Stillness and Inner Peace
Week 7: Wholeness and Renewal

Reflecting on the transformation over the 7 weeks, participants will be supported in setting intentions for the path forward, and exploring ways to continue healing and growth beyond the course.
