Flow is a yoga class designed to warm and rejuvenate from the inside out. A series of yoga postures "asanas" linked together through fluid movement and breath to create a balanced body and mind. This class is designed to get you moving and welcomes you to practice at your own pace through a choice of challenges and rest throughout the class. Leave class feeling refreshed and energised and carry a sense of harmony into the rest of your day. (1h)
