Flow state strength is a 50 minute class strengthening the whole body and mind. This offers plenty of options for EVERY BODY to find the challenge they need with their body right where it is. Time based exercises mean you set your own pace. We use a mix of weights, bands, straps and various probs to keep things fresh or spice it up 🌶. Flow state strength evokes a beautiful balance of whole body functional strength, mobility and flexibility to maintain bone density, and muscle tone, challenge you to grow and uniquely allow you to leave feeling empowered and calm.
