Description

Hatha yoga combines movement (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) to connect the mind and body as one. Classes generally include a warm up, sun salutations and standing postures followed by seated postures and a cool down. Asanas are generally held for a longer time, encouraging a greater awareness in the body and the mind. Through stillness Hatha yoga allows us to find both strength and surrender. Suitable for all levels of experience from beginner to the seasoned yogi.
