A mat based, pilates and functional movement inspired class combining breath work and low impact exercises to build core strength and stability while toning the whole body. Warm up from the inside out through a dynamic breathwork exercise, move mindfully through the strength phase and then finish with a short but sweet relaxation and meditation. Leave this class feeling empowered, inspired and strong!

With the ability to modify all of the exercises to suit wherever your body and your mind are at, this class is suitable for everyone.
