Where yoga and fitness collide! Get your yoga fix and workout in at the same time in an hour long class where we work hard to energise the body, mind and spirit for the first 45 minutes of class and then wind down with restorative movement and savasana for the final 15, and we know how good savasana is after a challenging class! Float out of class feeling energised, uplifted and strong!
