Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Pilates is a low impact form of exercise therefore it is suitable and can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level. Pilates is performed on a mat (bring your own or use one of our studio mats free of charge) and mostly uses your bodyweight. Sometimes equipment is used such as a pilates ball or small weights which are all supplied for you in class. So just bring along yourself and maybe a sweat towel and drink and move your body to feel amazing!
