An hour of rejuvenation just for you; 45 minutes of Yin followed by 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra.

Yin yoga: A slow and mindful form of yoga developed with longer holds, often of 2-5 minutes. The practice increases circulation, promotes flexibility, releases fascia, helps joint mobility and balances our internal organs, improving the flow of energy through the body. It also benefits our nervous system, reduces stress and can improve sleep quality.
Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a form of guided meditation. The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
