A slow and mindful form of yoga developed with longer holds, often of 2-5 minutes. The practice increases circulation, promotes flexibility, releases fascia, helps joint mobility and balances our internal organs, improving the flow of energy through the body. It also benefits our nervous system, reduces stress and can improve sleep quality.
