A slow and mindful form of yoga developed with longer holds of 2-10 mins. Encouraging an inwards focus and attention to the breath, this style of yoga is the perfect tonic to a busy life. The practice increases circulation, promotes flexibility, releases fascia, helps joint mobility and balances our internal organs, improving the flow of energy through the body and along our meridian lines. It also benefits our nervous system, reduces stress and can improve sleep quality - what’s not to love?
