Well done everyone! Day 15 is here! Its fantastic that you are still turning up day after day. You should be really pleased with yourself. Do you feel different now? Are you feeling calmer, stronger and fitter. In this session we stretch out the body with lunges, moon flow and happy baby sequence and finish up with meditation.
