Todays session we have a recap on some of the breaths we have learned over the last 3 weeks and then finish with a gratitude meditation. 2 stroke breath Inhale for 2 through the mouth and then pause Inhale again for 2 through them mouth Hold for 4 Exhale for 2 through the nose then pause Exhale again for 2 though the nose Hold for 4 That is 1 full round.
