This practice is gentle and mindful, yet extremely beneficial. Find your flow in ways that are low impact, while still bringing length, strength, and balance to the body. Emphasis on alignment and Breath. Great for newer students looking to ease into the practice or anyone wanting to slow down and refine postures.

--Please arrive 10-15min early for class.
--Those that register in advance have priority in the event of a full class.
--10 class pack and unlimited monthly students must register in advance.
--If class is full/waitlisted, pre-reserved spots will be released 5minutes before class time if student is not present.
--We are cash-only at this time--your payments for any drop-in or class packages will be made in studio upon check-in.
--If you need to cancel, please do so within two hours of the class. Frequent no-shows may result in a penalty at the discretion of the studio director.
