This is a special event outside of our weekly scheduled classes and has a cost of $700mxn.
Come prepared to awaken and align your energy centres to create more balance, less stress. More trust, less fear. This workshop is designed to support you in creating a stronger connection with yourself and with The Universe.
We will go through each of the chakras individually to learn to recognize symptoms of imbalance as well as some simple practices to create flow in these energy centres.
It also includes a Yin Yoga practice with a full chakra guided meditation that will leave you feeling energized, inspired and relaxed at the same time. You will also walk away with a PDF manual to help guide your chakra work at home.
