This is a series of 2 workshops over the weekend of Jan 6-7 (see others on schedule), and you can save by booking both for $1,800mxn. First 10 to sign-up can save extra with a fee of only $1500mxn. Join Mexico based Iyengar teacher Eduardo Mata for this workshop that explores Vinyasa Krama. This workshop will be taught starting from basic postures until progressing to more challenging asana. Vinyasa Krama is a progressive way of approaching the postures, using the breath, dynamism and full attention as key pieces of the practice.
About Eduardo:
Eduardo has 17 years of experience and is certified in the Iyengar method with level 2. He has taught and spread yoga in Asia, Central America, the United States, Spain and Mexico. Eduardo also studied surgery in dentistry, anatomy with a medical focus, and respiratory therapy.
