Gentle Yoga is a great practice for those that want some of the stretching and strength/balance building aspects of more active yoga without over-taxing the body. There will be an emphasis on alignment to keep you safe and thriving in your practice. You will also explore how props can not only support your practice, but elevate it as well. This is great for beginners and regular practitioners alike.

--Please arrive 5-10min early for class.
--Those that register in advance have priority in the event of a full class.
--10 class pack and unlimited monthly students must register in advance.
--If class is full/waitlisted, pre-reserved spots will be released 5minutes before class time if student is not present.
--We are cash-only at this time--your payments for any drop-in or class packages will be made in studio upon check-in.
--If you need to cancel, please do so within two hours of the class. Frequent no-shows may result in a penalty at the discretion of the studio director.
