Are you interested in yoga, but worry that old injuries, surgeries, medical problems, or just plain stiffness will limit your ability to participate?
This class is for you! We’ll show you how to safely build your practice, using chairs and props to support you. Please note this is not a restorative practice. We will move and breathe and actively build strength, flexibility, and balance to empower you and help you feel your best!
