Join Sam for this special event on New Years Day. Sam will offer a 90 minute practice that will include intention setting, gentle movement, a guided meditation, and sound bowl chakra balancing. All of this to support you in making 2024 your best year ever!
With setting a clear intention supported by various practices, we can create and sustain a life we love. We can be less affected by events occurring around us as we make the world a better, more loving place for ourselves and each other. We live our best lives, from the heart. This is a perfect time to release all that has been and say "Bring it on!" to 2024! We will welcome the new year with open arms and an open heart.
