Moonscape is a set of practices for the subtle body and nervous system soother aligning with the energetics of the full moon. We will start by setting intentions for our session with guided prompts, guidance for self reiki provided before tuning into deep listening with a soundbath meditation. While being held in the embrace of sound, optional hands on reiki is offered.
