This hour-long vinyasa class is designed to be a flowing meditation that combines breath and movement. Through a series of sun salutations and standing poses, we'll cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, and focus. As we move, we'll cultivate a sense of inner peace and calm. Modifications offered throughout.

This practice is inspired by traditional vinyasa, mobility, and creative movement.
Some previous yoga experience is recommended.

--Please arrive 10min early for class.
--Those that register in advance have priority in the event of a full class.
--5+10 class pack and unlimited monthly students must register in advance.
--If class is full/waitlisted, pre-reserved spots will be released 5minutes before class time if student is not present.
--We are cash-only at this time--your payments for any drop-in or class packages will be made in studio upon check-in.
--If you need to cancel, please do so within two hours of the class. Frequent no-shows may result in a penalty at the discretion of the studio director.
