General terms of Flying Heart Space
Flying Heart Yoga is a container for growth, space, peace, and joy for all. Please take a look at the following guidelines to ensure that the space stays sacred and the experiences that happen in the space remain seamless and respectful of all students.
--We are a safe space that is free of judgment and full of love. We are all walking each other home. Please treat your fellow yogi kindly and respectfully.
--Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can get your space set up without a rush. There is no need to arrive earlier than that, as that there may be other classes or transitions between classes happening. For the first class of the day, the door opens 15-20min before the class start time. Once the class begins, the studio door will be locked and it will not be possible to enter late. If you arrive after the cut off time, please refrain from knocking on the door or causing any other disruption out our respect for the students and teacher in class. Please also plan to stay for the entire class from start to finish.
--Once entering the studio, please immediately remove shoes and place them on our shoe rack. This is to keep the floor as clean as possible, both literally and energetically.
--Please turn off all cell phones and any other potentially noise making electronics.
--We have high quality mats and a plethora or props for your use, free of charge. Please treat them kindly and return them to their place after class. If you use a studio mat, clean it after class with our natural cleaner spray and mat towels.
--Notify the teacher of any bodily injuries or sensitive areas.
--We do not provide water or sweat towels. Please bring your water bottle and a sweat towel if you typically need or use one.
--We have 3 easy options for class passes, and all options must be paid in cash in-studio.
*Drop-in: $250mxn - good for one regularly scheduled class
*10 Class Pass: $2,000mxn - expires after 2 months. Can be shared only by couples. This only applies to the regularly scheduled weekly classes - not special events, workshops, trainings, etc.
*Monthly Unlimited Pass: $2800mxn - all the classes you want and lasts a month. This only applies to the regularly scheduled weekly classes - not special events, workshops, trainings, etc.
--It is necessary to register in advance if you are a 10-class pass holder or monthly unlimited pass holder. If you are a drop-in, you are highly encouraged to register in advance as well. In the event of a full class, priority is given to those that register in advance. Please consider your registration for a class as your commitment to showing up in community. In the event that you have to cancel, please try to do so at least 2 hours before the class start time, so that space may open up for another yogi. If recurring no-shows become a recurring issue for a student, penalties may be applied at the studio director's discretion.
