This’s class will focus on offering physical adjustments in your Slow Flow Yoga poses. Go deeper into your poses for greater alignment, strength, flexibility, and release. You can always opt out of adjustments if desired. Move intentionally in and out of poses with your slowed breath. No full Sun Salutations.
