Want to minimize fall risk? As we age, we often face challenges in maintaining our balance. Since falls are one of the leading causes of injury and death in senior populations, we want to do everything we can to reduce fall risk. We'll explore a variety of physical therapy exercises and yoga poses that minimize fall risk. Increase balance, stability, flexibility, and coordination while using a chair in seated and standing poses to minimize fall risk.
