Come check out my new props! Use small hoops to shift around with your feet or step in to invite greater balance and strength. Use a chair (or not) in seated and standing Slow Flow Yoga poses. Move slowly in and our of poses with your intentional breath. Increase balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.
