Flow Yoga connects breath, movement, and mind. Flow from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way. This class requires performing poses that transition between the floor and standing, including Sun Salutations.. Experience strength, balance, mobility, flexibility, concentration, breath work, and meditation. This class is good for those wanting movement and some challenge.
