An Australian hailing from Melbourne, Caroline first discovered yoga in 1997. Yoga was a frequent but not a daily part of Caroline's life until she began to study it more closely to overcome a severe burn-out and spinal injury.. Caroline has completed such trainings as Anusara yoga 100 HR immersion, Hatha 200 HR YTT, Kids Yoga RCYT , 50 HR Vinyasa TTC and 100 HR Anatomy and 50 HR YIN Yoga TTC as well as an Energy healing practitioner using Reiki, Quantum Touch and more; Caroline likes to teach asana such as Hatha flow, Vinyasa and Yin - Restorative classes as well as incorporating Nidra, meditation and pranayama (breath work)and spirituality into her classes; She follows her students rhythm preferring to inspire them to improve upon themselves in every class whilst listening to their body. Her students leave feeling, rejuvenated, lengthened, toned and strengthened as well as more calm. Her Kids yoga classes are focused on helping children find their inner voice, a sense of calm and ability to self regulate in a calm, accepting and fun environment. "My dream is to help others discover the enormous benefits to a practice of yoga and to teach the next generation these amazing tools to regulate ones health and mind".

Description

A deeply calming and healing class that focuses on releasing tensions and stress from the body whilst bringing the body into a state of calm that allows the body to enter into a state of healing as the para-sympathetic nervous system is activated. This class is excellent for stress, burn-out, sleep disorders, digestive disorders and hormonal imbalances. Stretches are held for 3-5 minutes using props then we go into restorative poses before ending with Savasana guided relaxation.
