Kay Khan
With over 15 years of experience in marketing & events, Kay has a focus on wellness and connecting community whilst living in South East Asia for the past 8 years, mostly working at resorts, healing centers, vegetarian restaurants and yoga studios. Kay has obtained a number of Yoga and Wellness related qualifications and certifications during his journeys including a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training. He has studied & taught in India, UK, Thailand, Malaysia & Cambodia. His passion is to facilitate workshops, retreats and events with a focus on wellness, dance & creativity. These days, he shares his practice working with the leading wellness centers in Thailand and Cambodia. His Yoga classes combine Traditional Hatha movement & meditation with various schools of teaching and alternative healing. They are focused around releasing tension, regulating our nervous systems & maintaining our physical and mental health.
Description
We will be combining traditional Hatha Yoga movement with sound healing, breathwork, mantra & guided meditation.
