Join us for an hour of low-impact Pilates to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance using only a mat. Engage in a series of gentle exercises that target core muscles such as the abdomen, lower back, hips, and glutes. These exercises aim to improve posture, balance, and body awareness.

Mat Pilates is a great way to reduce stress and focus on your mental and physical health with the emphasis on controlled breathing, mindfulness, and movement.

This is a beginner friendly group class that encourages all individuals to attend regardless of where they are on their journey.
